Customer satisfaction is BullyGrip is top priority. It is our goal to ensure our

customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind our

products. We'll always do our best to take care of customers here at

BullyGrip—our first step is to find a resolution to the problem being reported.

We ask that our customers reach out to us with that opportunity prior to

requesting a return. We are professional dog handlers and there are very few

issues we do not have a resolution for with regard to your pup and our products.

We provide a 30 day money back guarantee policy. If it has been 30 days from

your purchase date and you are not completely satisfied, and we have been

unable to resolve your issue, we will accept a return for a full refund. The 30

day period is from the date the issue was reported, if it takes a week to try to

resolve the issue and the 30 day period has lapsed, we will still take the refund

based on the date an issue was reported.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment to BullyGrip.

  • Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your

account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement,

depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unless you have

requested an exchange.

  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
